Your Agreement with MuteThread

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel within 30 days (see Return Policy). Your statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period always applies.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

Sales Tax

No UK VAT applies (sole trader below threshold). The price displayed is final.

Limitation of Liability & Service Estimates

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MuteThread shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All Refunds Subject to Verification

All refunds and replacements are subject to verification of order details and carrier investigation where applicable. In cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or delivery disputes requiring carrier investigation, processing times may extend until resolution.

Order fulfilment times and customer service timelines are estimates based on standard operating conditions and may vary during peak periods or exceptional circumstances. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
